Accessibility statement
Last updated: 14 October 2026
We want everyone to be able to use this website, find out about our work and get a quote, whatever device or assistive technology they use.
The standard we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. This is part of how we meet our duty under the Equality Act 2010 to make reasonable adjustments so that disabled people can use our services.
What we have done
- Everything can be used with a keyboard, and there is a “skip to main content” link.
- A clearly visible focus outline shows where you are on the page.
- Pages use a logical heading structure and landmarks so screen reader users can find their way around.
- Meaningful images have text descriptions (alt text). Decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- We have checked text and button colours for contrast, and we don’t use colour alone to show information.
- Animations are kept to a minimum and are turned off if your device is set to reduce motion.
- Form fields have visible labels. If something is missing or wrong, a summary at the top of the form links to each problem, and what you have entered is kept.
- There are no time limits for reading pages or filling in forms.
